About Madeline

Your Trusted Pet Care Professional
Hello! I’m Madeline Coyte, your neighborhood pet care professional! My love for animals began when I was just a child with my own cats and dogs and has grown into a lifelong passion and career. Prior to becoming a full-time pet sitter in 2023, I worked as a pet care specialist for 3 years and a veterinary assistant for 5 years. I also graduated with my Bachelors in Animal Science in 2019 from the University of Findlay.
What sets me apart is my genuine connection with animals. I don’t just feed and walk pets – I get to know their personalities, their quirks, and what makes them happiest. Plus, I always send you a cute picture! Your pet’s comfort and safety are always my top priorities. I’m grateful I get to spend every day caring for each and every pet as if it were my own!
Outside of caring for your pets, I enjoy bike riding with my husband, cuddling our cats, walking our dog, reading, and watching TV. I also enjoy camping with my family and their pets back in Ohio!

“Madeline has visited our pup 3 times now. She is fantastic. Missy has stranger anxiety and Madeline is super patient with her and willing to meet her where she is, every time. She seeks guidance on how to approach certain situations with our dog so as not to make her more nervous. I HIGHLY recommend Madeline!”

Cancellation Policy
In-home visits and dog walks require 48-24 hour notice to receive a full or partial refund. Daycare requires a 5 day notice for a full refund, and more than 48 hours for a partial refund. Overnight stays require a 14 day notice to receive a full refund, and more than 7 days for a partial refund of deposit. Health and Vaccination Requirements
All adult pets must be spayed or neutered. All pets must be up-to-date on their Rabies vaccine. I also recommend core vaccines, Distemper and Bordetella. Puppies that are not fully vaccinated will not be taken outdoors, in public spaces, until fully vaccinated and with owner's permission. I also highly encourage all of my dog clients to be on appropriate flea/tick and heartworm prevention to avoid diseases associated with these parasites.
Emergency Procedures
In case of emergency, I will immediately contact you and your designated emergency contact. If veterinary care is needed, I will transport your pet to your preferred vet or the nearest emergency clinic.
